Trust Technique Video Course

The Trust Technique Video Course is only for you and your animals or animals you are responsible. You are not permitted to use this technique on any other animals. Please read the Terms and Conditions for the Trust Technique Video Course linked on this website.

Payment

I accept payment via PayPal. Payment must be made at the time of scheduling an appointment.

I reserve the right to apply discounts to any product, at any time, at my entire discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. No refund will be given if you cancel the session with less than 48 hours notice. I reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis

 

I reserve the right to suspend or cancel with no refund, or charge you additional fees for the provision of services at an agreed location when;

• I have arrived at the agreed location at the agreed time and date but are unable to access for any reason other than fault of my own.

• legal parking is not provided or available at the agreed location.

• I have determined that my health and safety cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided if I am forced to cancel a session or consultation under unforeseen circumstances. Every efforts will be made to find a mutual agreeable date to reschedule. If this is not possible, then, full refund will be made by the same method the payment is made.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Masako Simmons from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

 

Severability
